President Ashwini Shah joined Rotary in the year 2005 as a Charter Member. She is an artist, career counsellor, educator and a home maker.

She has a background of Rotary right form childhood. Her father and father-in-law both were in Rotary Club of Pune Uptown. Her sister and brother-in-la are also Rotarians in Rotary Club of Pune Uptown. She has initiated the on-going project of our cub “Cycle to School Bank” which was her dream project. Till date we have donated 200 cycles to the needy students.

She has also participated in the project of donation of water filtration, dental projects and various other projects of our club.

She has also taken life skill classes in various municipality schools for 9^th and 10^th std students She loves to do social work for the benefit of our society.

Her better half Rtn. Kiran was also a Past President and he is a Businessman by profession.

She is blessed with daughter Siddhi who is a Chemical Engineer. She is an entrepreneur and has he own desert parlour at Salunkhe Vihar in the name of HELADA. Her son is pursuing his last year of civil engg from Manipal university at Udupi .She has taken a big leap in this year of becoming our clubs president.
