Under her leadership, Aarnell Education has flourished, earning a reputation for excellence and personalized guidance. Vaishalli's professional journey is marked by versatility and dedication. She pursued her Bachelor's degree in Commerce at BMCC Pune, graduating in 1997. Over the years, she has worn many hats, including that of an accomplished artist with 20 years of experience, an insurance consultant, and, for the past eight years, a study abroad consultant. Her expertise in profile building, securing merit-based scholarships, and facilitating admissions to top universities worldwide has been instrumental in the success of many students. Vaishalli is blessed with a loving and supportive family. She is the cherished daughter of her parents and the beloved sister of her two brothers, Manish and Rajesh, whose families have always stood by her side. As a mother, she takes immense pride in her two sons, Aarev and Nellay. Aarev, who graduated with an MBA from the University of California Riverside, USA, and Nellay, who is currently pursuing his 12th grade, are both a source of immense joy and pride for her. Vaishalli is a woman of many admirable qualities. Her positivity is infectious, and her ability to smartly navigate unwanted situations speaks volumes about her emotional intelligence. She embraces challenges with a clear understanding of the risks involved and handles them with remarkable calmness. As a leader, she manages her team at Aarnell Education with efficiency and dedication, ensuring that each student receives individual guidance and the best opportunities. Vaishalli’s journey with Rotary began in August 2020, thanks to the encouragement of her son, Aarev. Despite being an introvert and not naturally inclined towards socializing, she embraced the opportunity and became a proud Rotarian. This decision marked the beginning of a transformative journey, one that would see her grow not just as a professional but as a person. Her Rotary journey has been marked by significant achievements and contributions. She served as the Secretary from 2021 to 2022, Club Admin from 2022 to 2024, and Literacy Director from 2023 to 2024. And now, she steps into the prestigious role of President for the year 2024-2025. Vaishalli’s time with Rotary has been a period of immense personal growth and development. The values of Rotary—Service Above Self, giving back to society, and impacting humanity—resonate deeply with her. She has embraced these values wholeheartedly and worked tirelessly to make a difference. Her journey with Rotary has not only allowed her to develop the qualities mentioned earlier but also deepened her commitment to service and community impact. Beyond her professional and Rotary commitments, Vaishalli is a woman of many interests and passions. She is a devoted mother, an accomplished artist, and a successful businesswoman. Her interests extend to yoga, dancing, traveling, and trekking. She has completed numerous treks in the Sahyadri hills and even the challenging 360-degree Himalayan view trek in 2018. Most recently, she conquered the Kedarkanth summit trek in April 2024. Her adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors are a testament to her zest for life and her determination to explore new horizons. Vaishalli also holds a second-level certificate in graphology, a hobby she pursued in 2009. Although she never intended to become a professional graphologist, her passion for the subject has allowed her to apply its principles to bring about positive changes in her life and guide others to do the same.
